Stock availability and estimated delivery time will be provided on each product page on the website at the time of order. If we are unable to deliver your order within the timescales we will notify you and let you know of the revised delivery date. Please note if you ordered multiple items together, your order will only be shipped when all items are available. In this circumstance please allow for the longest deliver date.

UK Customer

At Britannia we deliver all over the UK, as well as shipping to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey. Listed below are the delivery options at this time.
Our cut-off for dispatch with Royal Mail is typically around 15:00, however this can vary depending on the demand each day. In order to qualify for same-day dispatch the order will need to be fully processed and approved by this time at the very latest. Any ID/order validation requirements may delay the dispatch of your parcel, and we advise ordering as early as possible if you require same-day dispatch. Our company guidelines state that we should, wherever possible deliver to the address where the source of payment is registered.

What if I'm not home to take delivery of my package?

Royal Mail: Deliveries by your local postal worker will typically be attempted by 1pm, though some local services can run until 9pm. Please note that 9am Guaranteed Delivery is not currently available.

We issue a tracking number to all customers (orders over £70) when Royal Mail collect from us of an evening. This will allow you to see where your package is at any given time. The dispatch and tracking email will be sent automatically at approximately 19:00 each evening.

In the event nobody is home to accept your delivery, a red card/slip will normally be left to indicate attempted delivery, or where the parcel has been left, but this will also be communicated via your tracking page so please refer to that for updates regarding the delivery.

International Customer

Where you are purchasing Products for delivery outside of the UK, you will be responsible for payment of any and all sales taxes and import duties or equivalent, in connection with the sale, importing and delivery of the Products, due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the Products are ordered and/or delivered.

Providing your country is not on the restricted countries list as set by the United Kingdom government then we can deliver to you. Please see the below section to find out more information about restricted countries.
