If you decide you no longer want the bullion bars or coin pendants you have purchased from us, unfortunately, it is not possible to return them. Prices are determined by the live precious metal spot prices, the goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets. Therefore, there is no statutory right to return or cancel an order once placed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 & under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004.
However, should you feel the bullion bar or coin pendants does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 14 days after the date of delivery and we will give you full instructions on how to return your product for full quality inspection.
Where a like-for-like exchange is not possible due to stock allocation or availability, we reserve the right to exchange goods for similar items of equivalent value.
Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn, undamaged and unpen box condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer.
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. The refund is the same as the order paid.
Please note personalised orders are non-returnable.
Customized products are made specifically for you and therefore refunds and exchanges or cancellations are not applicable with these items.
Sale items sales are final and we cannot refund this.
If you have damaged your items or show signs of wear we cannot accept a return – they must be in a resalable condition.
We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.

Please note – Once the product has been received by us, it may take up to ten working days to inspect your order and advise you of any applicable outcome.
FAULTY GOODS
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via info@britannia.shop attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as “misuse by the buyer”.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

the parcel is returned to us.
When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.

Customs Duties and Address Accuracy It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.
At BRITANNIA, we offer a delivery fee of £5 for orders under £100, and free delivery for orders of £100 and above. However, we incur shipping costs ranging from £8 to £25, depending on the size and weight of the package. In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.
In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
