There is no statutory right to return or cancel an order once placed under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 Therefore & under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.The goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets, please visit our Return & Exchange page.

We may be able to cancel your order but we ask this to be done within an hour of placing your order. If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order.
Please note personalised orders are non-cancellable.

We ship parcels all over the world via ……… During holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive amount of orders being fulfilled. In addition, BRITANNIA will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

I didn’t pay the customs duty/I wrote my address wrong, etc. so my package was returned. What happens now?


It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country’s custom office for estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

At BRITANNIA, we offer a delivery fee of £5 for orders under £100, and free delivery for orders of £100 and above. However, we incur shipping costs ranging from £8 to £25, depending on the size and weight of the package. In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.
In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.

We do not store any products in our London office, and for security reasons, physical access to our vaults in Switzerland is not authorized. If you wish to consult, sell, or redeem your stored products, you can do so at any time from your online personal account.

We currently accept payments made in U.S. dollars ($), Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (€), and British Pounds (£).

We accept the following payment methods: wire transfer, credit & Debit card (VISA, MasterCard, America Experec, etc, PayPal, Apple & google Pay .

It is not possible to split a payment on BRITANNIA. Each order must be paid in full and in one payment for it to go through.

BRITANNIA doesn’t accept cash payments. All our transactions are made online, using one of the 4 available payment methods: credit card, wire transfer, apple or Google pay, PayPal.

The name on the credit card should match the BRITANNIA account holder’s name. Purchases with a credit card or from a bank account with a different name will not be accepted.

Once an order is placed on BRITANNIA, you have entered into a legally binding agreement and your order cannot be modified.

BRITANNIA only sells brand new products. We don’t accept any returns except for products with defects. In this case they will be replaced or refunded according to our Terms & Conditions. Note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been signed and/or delivered. Please make sure your product has not been altered or tampered with before signing or accepting your delivery.

We aim to ship orders within 3-6 working days to UK & EU customers, 7-10 working Days for international customers. Any orders received Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)
